Although Braveheart Web Design has its focus on Scotland, the owner is based in the Netherlands, at least for the larger part of the year. The other part of the year is spent in Scotland where I have many friends, favourite holiday destinations and usually the best time of my life. Due to the Scottish way of life, the friendly people and the stunning landscape for which I’m passionate about, I always find enough inspiration to create a unique website design.
Back home I’m an IT Professional with more than 20 years of experience. After completing several websites for customers in Scotland I decided to start up a company for my web design skills and make it a wee bit more official. For me web design is a way to stay in touch with the people and places I love for when I’m not in Scotland. For you it means that you have found someone with a passion for Scotland which will show in the final result of your website.
When you select me to do your new website I usually require you to deliver logo’s, text, images and sometimes a colour scheme, the choice is yours. Every website I create has a strong SEO based foundation which means that search engines will pick-up the site quickly and index properly. Other web companies make money in optimising your site for search engines, I do that from the start and that gives your new site a strong push in the search results.
If not yet taken care off I will arrange hosting and domain registration for you. They will be included in the quote if necessary and billed annually after the first year. Also included in the first year is unlimited support and maintenance. After that time I can give you a very reasonable quote for prolonged maintenance and support. The time between your order and completion of the website is usually around four weeks, depending on the number of pages of your website and other demands. Upon completion you can make an online payment with all the major credit / debit cards and Paypal.
